Anjali Kolachalam

Anjali Kolachalam serves as Up for Growth’s Policy and Research Manager, overseeing the planning, execution, and management of the organization’s research portfolio, ensuring our research initiatives deliver actionable insights. She joined Up for Growth in 2022 and has co-edited and authored the 2023 and 2024 Housing Underproduction in the U.S. report, covering condo defect liability and office-to-residential conversions. Before joining Up for Growth, Anjali served as a policy analyst for Gravity Consulting.
