Casey Kelly

Casey Kelly is a Program Manager for Research and Electricity at ClearPath. ClearPath's mission is to accelerate American innovation to reduce global energy emissions. In this role, she conducts and oversees analysis across the organization's technology portfolios and program areas to inform policy development and shape legislative and regulatory efforts. Additionally, she advances policies that remove market barriers for innovative, clean firm technologies and accelerate electric infrastructure deployment to enable decarbonization and economic growth. Casey also volunteers with the Clean Energy Leadership Institute, where she was previously a fellow.
Before joining ClearPath, she held positions in clean fuels policy research at the International Council on Clean Transportation and electricity markets consulting at TRUELight Energy. Casey earned her B.A. in Environmental Analysis & Policy and M.A. in Energy & Environment from Boston University.
