Thomas Hochman is a Policy Manager at the Foundation for American Innovation, where he leads the permitting and infrastructure program. His work focuses on the alignment of economic and environmental regulatory imperatives, with an emphasis on the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, and state environmental laws. His writing has appeared in American Affairs, The New Atlantis, the Hill, National Review, Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, City Journal, The Spectator, and elsewhere.
Thomas received his B.S. in Statistics (Phi Beta Kappa, cum laude, with high honors in major) from the University of Vermont. He spends most of his free time rock climbing.
